Who we are

R-FLoW EXCHANGE’s founder, Lynne Loo, is a food waste researcher at Curtin University specialising in agrifood (pre-retail) waste.

She has worked directly with growers, post-harvest processors and food & beverage manufacturers in grains, horticulture, and seafood for several years to find solutions for their food waste.

Lynne works with a team of qualified food scientists who are dedicated to and excited by finding solutions for total by-product utilisation.

Testing and verifying the nutritional composition and quality of food and by-products is our expertise.
